Refund policy

At Love Moore Photography LLC, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  1. Deposit and Payment:

    • Payment is due in full unless an otherwise stated special in which a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
    • The remaining balance is due at the time of the session.
  2. Cancellation by Client:

    • If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled session within 2 months.
    • Cancellations made after 48hours prior to the session will forfeit the deposit.
  3. Cancellation by Photographer:

    • If we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather), you will receive a full refund of any payments made, or we can reschedule to a mutually agreeable date.
  4. Refunds on Digital Products:

    • All digital products (photos, albums) are non-refundable once delivered. Please review all proofs carefully before finalizing your selection.
  5. Client Satisfaction:

    • We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have concerns about your photos, please reach out within 3 business days of receiving them, and we will do our best to address your needs.
