Digital Delivery Policy for Love Moore Photography LLC

At Love Moore Photography LLC, we strive to provide a seamless experience for delivering your digital photos. Below is our policy regarding digital file delivery.

1. Delivery Method

• Digital Files: All purchased digital images will be delivered via a secure online gallery. You will receive a link to download your files directly to your device.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Your digital photos will typically be available for download within 2 weeks after your session.
• You will receive an email notification once your gallery is ready.

3. Accessing Your Gallery

• Each client will receive a unique link to their gallery, which can be shared with family and friends.
• Galleries are typically accessible for 30 days from the delivery date.

4. Download Instructions

• Simply click the download button next to the images you wish to save.
• High-resolution files will be provided for printing, while web-sized files may also be included for easy sharing on social media.

5. File Storage and Backup

• We recommend downloading and backing up your files as soon as they are available.
• While we maintain backups for a limited time, we cannot guarantee file retrieval after the gallery expiration date.

6. Technical Issues

• If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at natalie@lovemoorephotography-in.com, and we will assist you promptly.

7. Additional Purchases

• If you wish to purchase additional images or products, you may do so through your online gallery, subject to availability.
