Sensory Supportive Lifestyle Sessions focus on creating a comfortable environment for individuals who experience sensory sensitivities. 

I take time to discuss the client's preferences, sensitivities, and any specific needs prior to the session. Together we select a quiet, familiar location such as favorite park or even home setting. Together we will incorporate props that the client is comfortable with, such as toys or favorite blankets, to help ease anxiety. 

Flexibility and Positive Encouragement is of the upmost importance.
